I don't agree with everything posted, but the theme is about listening to your body, realizing your body is unique, and not following every health trend marketed to you. I strongly agree with those concepts.

The post Your're Grounded was eye opening for me because it explained why going barefoot can have health advantages. All explanations I've seen before about grounding sounded like pseudo-science to me until I read this post. Other posts about different herbs are very useful and informative.
