I saw a documentary on history channel about the Kellogg production—and I think it might being more about the brother ( Bill Kellogg), because he came out w/ the idea to add sugar to the cereal
There’s a funny novel about him and his sanitarium called “The Road to Wellville” that came out in the early ‘90s. I liked the book at lot (at the time). But the film based on it wasn’t as good as I thought it would be.

Yes, and John Harvey Kellogg was very upset about adding sugar. He believed it would cause more sexual temptation.
