Dark chocolate and yogurt? Sure!

Dark chocolate and goat cheese? I hadn't thought about it, but I will give it a try. Sounds good.

Dark chocolate and .... SARDINES???? Did I hear you right? Hahaha... Nah uh!

By the way, what about in combination with walnuts or pecans or almonds?

To reduce oxalate intake, choose foods high in calcium, like cheese, kefir, yogurt, and sardines with skin and bones. Almonds have some calcium but also have oxalates too. Pecans and walnuts have very little calcium. So stick with the high calcium foods like cheese, kefir, yogurt, and sardines.
