Engaging the core in your workouts

There are many different ways to skin the cat. Most men over 40 want to flatten their stomachs. In this video, I teach a few things we can do to get more out of our workouts while engaging more of our bodies' core.

Of course, all of this is based on eating better. If you eat the wrong way, all of this doesn’t help at all. I also cover how we can strengthen our mid-section while preventing lower back injury.
