The Holiday Push Workout I Don’t Overthink Anymore

Five push exercises I’ve repeated for years — especially during the holidays — because they work.

Originally filmed last Thanksgiving of 2024. Reposting with a fresh voiceover because the principles haven’t changed.

My last year's Thanksgiving workout was all done using bands, except for one exercise. They went as follows:

  1. Chest Press

  2. Split Squat

  3. Kick Ups

  4. Standing Overhead Shoulder press

  5. Leg Quad Extension

  6. Triceps Pushdown
