In this video, I refer to ketosis without explaining it. For those who might not be familiar, ketosis is the process your body undergoes when it uses fat for fuel. During this process, the body produces ketones, which are by-products of fat metabolism. The ketogenic diet is a low-carbohydrate diet that causes your body to shift from using sugar and carbohydrates for energy to utilizing fat instead.
Similarly, the carnivore diet also induces ketosis, as it involves little to no consumption of carbohydrates and sugars.
