I dislike meal prepping, so I use healthy snacks when I leave my house. I don’t always want to rely on restaurants. My easy goto snacks are:
Chomps Beef Sticks. These are healthy grass-fed and finished beef in 4g or 10g packages—these I’ve seen at Trader Joe's, Aldi’s, Whole Foods, and most supermarkets.
Pork rinds. Epic and 4505 brands never use vegetable oils to cook pork rinds. I’ve seen these at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and some Publix supermarkets.
Cheese Crisps. Carry cheese without the need for refrigeration. I buy my cheese crisps at Aldis.
Canned sardines are found everywhere. Be sure to get them in water or extra virgin olive oil, not seed oils.
Having these snacks is essential so that you don’t succumb to eating unhealthy fast food when you are out and about.
