in deal the real deal here i'm going to show you two great exercises that you can do at home for your abs without any ad machine or without going to the gym your fit tip here we go mr skeptical is not around so i'm happy all right so here we go

first thing is you're laying down lift up your head then your legs then go up and touch your ankles this exercise is called ankle touches just like this the key to this is that you're really balancing yourself this is a balancing act and it's great for the core So when doing these ab exercises,

the thing you want to do with abs is you want to do at least 15 repetitions and you want to do four sets. So you do at least 15, 15 up to 30, 35. No need to do more than that. But the idea is that you're doing a lot of repetition and

The first exercise is ankle touches.

The second exercise is a feet-on-wall Scissor kick.

Both of these exercises can be done at home.
